Stagionello™ are Italian designed and made and provide the ideal microclimate for Salami production. The Climate Chamber Cabinets control the Temperature and Humidity to provide the ideal environment. The patented Fumotic controls the Humidity using pre-set recipes.
ACS were approached by a friend who wanted to buy a Stagionello for making Charcuterie, we spoke to Arredo Inox back in 2013. They were interested in working with us as we have a strong background in Refrigeration engineering and at the time they had a sales supplier in Britain but no technical support. We visited Italy and had a week’s technical training, then within a few weeks of returning we had taken over from the current sales supplier.
We have been working with Arredo Inox for Stagionello and Maturmeat for 4 years now. Having visited Italy twice and also taken their sales team on a tour of the UK, visiting customers over here. Italy offer an open door policy and are happy to show people their premesis, tour and information. We can also liaise with current customers to offer that service in the UK. We offer training alongside Chris Moorby at Harper Adams University.
We also now offer free PH probe and free HACCP data printer, choice of fixed legs or wheels
